NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the general public, government ministries, departments and agencies, local government authorities, civil society organizations, community-based groups, traditional leaders, and all interested parties, that the National Environment Management Council (NEMC) will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Regulations 27 and 28 of the Environmental Impact Assessment and Audit Regulations, 2005 (GN No. 349 of 2005).
